Shipping & Returns
At Jenarous Art, we take great care to ensure that each handmade pottery item is packaged securely and shipped in a timely manner. All orders are processed and shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted for made-to-order or pre-sale items. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via the email provided at the time of purchase. We currently ship to North America, and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to changes of mind, aesthetic preference, or minor imperfections inherent in handmade goods. These variations in shape, glaze, and texture are intentional and serve to highlight the unique, artisanal quality of each piece.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery by sending an email to [your email address]. The email must include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and original packaging. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, issue a full refund or offer a replacement if the item is in stock or can be reasonably reproduced. We reserve the right to deny damage claims that do not include adequate documentation or are submitted beyond the five-day window.
We may request that the damaged item be safely disposed of, and in most cases, return shipping of damaged goods will not be required. Customers are encouraged to retain all original packaging until their claim is resolved, as this may be necessary for shipping insurance purposes.
